Beijing-based designer-artist Zhijun Wang transforms IKEA's iconic FRAKTA shopping bag into mask

 
A new app would say if you’ve crossed paths with someone who is infected

When IKEA’s FRAKTA shopping bag became a fashion phenomenon in 2017, Zhijun Wang, also known for his sneaker masks, designed a DIY pollution mask out of it. Since then, the designer has created alternative versions using materials like italian supermarket Esselunga’s yellow bag, and even released a youtube tutorial to help people in need make their own masks during COVID.
